The Role:
- This will be ideal for someone who's looking to make the jump up the kitchen ladder.
- leading the kitchen on the head chefs' days off.
- understanding and willing to learn GP'S and labor costs in running a kitchen.
Requirements:
- HACCP training is up to date.
- Passion for food and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
