About the Job
the old market bar bandon is looking for a full-time Sous Chef who will be in charge of preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.

The Role: 
  • This will be ideal for someone who's looking to make the jump up the kitchen ladder.
  • leading the kitchen on the head chefs' days off.
  • understanding and willing to learn GP'S  and labor costs in running a kitchen.

Requirements: 
  • HACCP training is up to date.
  • Passion for food and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enhance an already great team. 
  • accommodation available for this position if needed.
